Set a persistent ethernet MTU override to enable jumbo frames.

Note: After applying the ethernet MTU override, the link state will toggle to uptake the change.

Warning: The configured MTU must be supported end-to-end by the link partner, switches, and host. Mismatched MTU settings can cause packet loss or connectivity issues.
